JBR looks past Indy to zMax Dragway

Chardon,OH - John Bojec Racing showed up to the biggest race of the year with high hopes for the Mac Tools US Nationals but for the second year in a row was plagued with problems which lead to the first DNQ of the year.  By the last round of qualifying the JBR Avenger streaked down the Indy quarter mile in 5.75 seconds, unfortunately that left us outside looking in.  Fortunately the last qualifier showed us that we solved our problems and gave us some data to build on at the inaugural NHRA Carolinas Nationals at the new zMax Dragway at Concord. Semi-final finish for the John Bojec Avenger 

Mohoton, PA - John Bojec Racing made its first trip ever to Maple Grove this weekend and left with their best finish of the year.  Starting from the 13^th qualifying position the JBR Dodge Avenger advanced to the second round via a huge hole shot victory over a faster Marc White.  JBR used consistency to make it past D.J. Cox in the second round and then lost in the semi-finals to the eventual winner and reigning world champ Frank Manzo.

JBR will be back in action for the 54^th Annual Mac Tools U.S. Nationals at O’reilly Raceway Park in Indianapolis, IN, August 27th - September 1st.
